UVA participated in Bertha Artivism Awardees' Opening Convening
On 15 January 2026, Bertha Foundation hosted a collaborative “artivism” virtual session designed to kick off the 2026 project cycle. The event served as an introductory forum for the 2026 Bertha Artivism Award winners to build rapport through icebreakers and learn more about each other. The highlight of the meeting featured a dedicated segment for project presentations, where Unchained Vibes Africa (UVA) shared its strategic implementation plan for 2026. The session, which included a visual presentation and a follow-up Q&A, allowed UVA and the six other awardees to outline their goals for the year ahead and align their artistic programming and collective objectives.
